All products are brand new, but we sometimes sell products with damaged packaging. This is one of the main reasons we can beat the RRP considerably in most cases.
If the product is tagged as 'Damaged Packaging' you will receive the item with minor scuffs or marks to the original manufacturer's packaging.
On some occasions we will send out new products with replacement packaging where we feel the item's packaging is no longer 'presentable'.

Please note: Returns are only possible for unopened products in their original packaging! Sealed products can only be returned if the seal is intact
