"Damaged packaging" refers to products that are brand new but may have outer packaging that is slightly damaged or imperfect. Rest assured, the products themselves are in perfect condition and are sold at a significant discount.

Please note:Returns are only possible for unopened products in their original packaging! Sealed products can only be returned if the seal is intact

*We currently do not accept returns for items sold with damaged packaging, or new items where the packaging has been opened and the manufacturer seal has been broken. This does not effect your statutory rights.
