The charger and the battery are not included in the scope of delivery (recommended batteries: 2x20 V / 4 Ah - 2 batteries are absolutely necessary for operation).

If the product is tagged as 'Damaged Packaging' you will receive the item with minor scuffs or marks to the original manufacturer's packaging.
On some occasions we will send out new products with replacement packaging where we feel the item's packaging is no longer 'presentable'.
