How to Use:
- Apply Lip Color: On clean, dry lips, apply the liquid lip color evenly and allow it to dry for about a minute.
- Apply Top Coat: Once the color is set, apply the moisturizing top coat to lock in color and add a glossy finish. Reapply the top coat as needed throughout the day to maintain moisture and shine.
