Collection Glam Crystals Dazzling Gel Liner (6ml) is a highly-pigmented eyeliner with fine glitter particles, suspended in a clear, quick-drying gel. Supplied with an ultra-fine, precision nib, it takes just an instant to add sparkle along the lash line, build on the eyelids, or glam up the inner corners.
